clients is as follows:
Quality Guarantee
Blue Skys garments have a one year guarantee on workmanship. Should an unfortunate problem arise with your
Blue Skys product (i.e. snaps, zippers, seams) then please return it to us for immediate repair.
Custom Order Policy
Blue Skys offers the unique service of providing custom-sized garments. To ensure a proper fit it
is essential that the customer provides us with exact measurement, special instructions and fitting
preferences. Each garment is then professionally sized according to this information. Blue Skys will
not re-make or refund a garment when the measurements and instructions provided by the customer were
not correct. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Once your order has been placed it
cannot be cancelled.
Blue Skys will make minor adjustments to your garment at no charge provided that the garment is
returned to us with full instructions within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before you send
your garment back so that we can assist you with proper instruction. If you live outside Canada
please refer to the
"US & International – Returning your garment for alterations”
section for additional information.
Note: We do not refund shipping charges wherein you are returning your garment for alterations or repair.
Exchanges on Stock Items:
We will honor exchanges on stock items only (i.e. T-shirts) providing the item you request is
available, and your original order is returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Returned stock
items must be in unused and in re-saleable condition.
Note: We do not offer refunds on stock items or custom-embroidered garments.
