 We have Reinventing the factory and property as the Blue Skys Arts Lofts. Located in downtown Edmonton just behind Grant McEwan Community College. These working lofts retain the atmosphere and flavour of the old factory . The working lofts are built for and designed by the tenants with unique materials and concepts. The common area features a community kitchen/lounge, washrooms, boardroom and the conveyor freight systems. Also available will be internet access, telephone system and individual security zones. All priced with the artists budgets and term in mind.
